Overview

Traumatized during his childhood by the arbitrary amputation of his uncle's leg, a smoker spreads terror throughout the Charleroi region. Under the orders of a manipulative tour guide, he hunts down a group of clumsy tourists. He takes a few body parts with him to satisfy his mistress (arms, fingers, legs, etc.).
