Fun fact. The referee for this final was Herbert Bamlett, who also refereed an fa cup fixture involving Burnley v Manchester United in 1909, but was abandoned mid-game due to heavy snow. After this final he went to manage Oldham, Wigan Borough, Middlesbrough and finally United.
