This fest started in 2014 as a grassroots rebellion against sterile running brand content, screening in bike shops and brewery back rooms.
Max Romey, director of Footprints Running Camp, is actually a trail runner AND illustrator—those watercolor maps are his actual art, not post-production gloss.
