Chairman of the Souryukai, Yukihiro Kawaji (Hitoshi Ozawa), is shielded by Executive Director Takeshi Kanzaki (Hitomi Matsuda) who takes a bullet and is severely injured. The Sakata family holds an emergency executive meeting, attended by Detective Umezawa (Hoka Kinoshita) from the Fourth Investigative Division, to deny any involvement. Meanwhile, at the Souryukai, Vice Chairman Shinji Wakamiya (Kazuyoshi Ozawa) and the others begin to prepare for retaliation against the Sakata family. The tension between both sides rapidly escalates — following emergency surgery, Kanzaki narrowly escapes death. Then, at Kawaji's command, the battle finally ignites!!
