LOVE LETTER Tour 2009 ~Channel Keshite Ai-chan Neru!~ is Otsuka Ai's eighth concert DVD. It contains the footage from her 2009.03.01 Live House performance at Zepp Tokyo. It was part of the first half of Otsuka's entire LOVE LETTER Tour 2009, which was set in smaller venues and did not feature costumes or elaborate stage designs. However many of the arrangements were changed, giving them more rock-oriented, energetic sounds.
