Lotus

Lotus has been captured and comes to in the hideout of mysterious villain. Unclear as to whether it's human or just humanoid, and further unclear as to what the villain wants, she begins to receive a brutal beating. It seems this thing simply wants to hurt her or at the very least, prove it's greater strength. Without having a hope of escaping, and with no ability to defend herself, she is finally knocked unconscious only to wake entangled in a long tentacle. It goes from bad to worse as the tentacle explores her most sensitive areas delivering the worst kind of pain and pleasure.
