In the backlands of Bahia, a film crew follows, over the course of three days, the political life of the city of Cícero Dantas-BA through the eyes of its residents. Between memories, affections, and historical rivalries, the city reveals itself as a microcosm of Brazil, where politics permeates daily life and shapes identities.
