Agni, backed by the honest CM, fights back, killing one don inside the CM’s residence. Thimmakka unleashes Black Tiger, a criminal thought executed, who escaped via corruption. Agni tracks three officials tied to the escape, but Black Tiger kills them, staining Agni’s record. Vijay dies, leaving Agni alone. Black Tiger bombs the city, killing Agni’s mother.
