Tantalum

A chunk of tantalum - commonly known as coltan, mined in eastern Congo - travels in military materials to a Ghanaian dumpsite, and finally to space. Along the way we discover the connections to mythology, children, technology and colonisation in a critical reflection on political and economic systems.
