The woman that kidnapped her lives about an hour from me. She got in trouble for going to a park this year but somehow got out again. How? How can you let this woman walk around and potentially run into Elizabeth and her family. She should be in prison. They gave her a chance and told her no parks. She didn’t listen so what idiot let her out again. She was in prison, they should have thrown away the key.
