Crayon Shin-chan: Invoke a Storm! The Kasukabe Boys of the Evening Sun (2004)

This was Mizushima's directorial debut for Shin-chan; he later became the franchise's most prolific director. The western parody specifically riffs on Sergio Leone's dollars trilogy.

The film subtly critiques Japan's workaholic culture through Hiroshi's office drone identity dissolving first—his 'salaryman' self literally forgotten before his family.
