_The 51st State_ or _Formula 51_ is my all time favourite British/American early-2000s underrated crime comedies. Great cast in the likes of Samuel L. Jackson, Robert Carlyle, Emily Mortimer, Meat Loaf (RIP), Rhys Ifans, Ricky Tomlinson and Sean Pertwee. Plus a lot of swearing 😆 I first watched it when I was a boy, My mum had it on VHS. The Car Chase scene was my favourite ❤
