The Father

1942. Experienced Siberian hunter Gavriil learns that his son is missing in action. In despair and rage, Gavriil volunteers for the front - he believes that Semyon is alive and intends to find him. But instead of being sent to the front, Gavriil is appointed the head of a group of snipers - very young and inexperienced guys. Gavriil trains the fighters in the art of sniping and gradually replaces their father. But in his heart there is still a glimmer of hope to find his son. And for this goal, he is ready to endure everything.
