Revelation

An Abkhazian film about a woman and her deeply personal response to the brutal reality of war, which bursts into her tiny world and takes away the most precious thing she had. The film is about her inner struggle, with herself and with the outside world, for the life of a child. It no longer matters whether the child is hers or someone else’s. She is maternal love itself, and love has no nationality, no religion, no race. It either exists, or it does not.
