Overview

I’m just an ordinary lad, but I’ve suddenly come down with something called ‘delayed ejaculation with genital congestion’. Before, mine was a very ordinary M-size at best. But now it’s so huge it’s downright creepy. The incredibly sexy female doctor says, ‘It’s a legendary rare condition, so I’m not entirely sure—but maybe having sex might temporarily cure it?’, as if it were someone else’s problem. Oh my God!
