Trivia, insights & behind the scenes
The real De La Salle High School's actual winning streak was 151 games, still the longest in American football history.
Caviezel deliberately underplayed Ladouceur after meeting him; the real coach spoke so quietly that microphones struggled to pick him up.

My grandson, Justin, was fortunate enough to go all four years of high school at De La Salle. They didn't lose a game until the year after he graduated. He was the sports editor, then the editor of the newspaper. It was a time of great pride and accomplishment. I can't wait to see this movie!

Proud to say I played these guys all 4 years of my high school career. Hell of a coach and hell of a team

I don't understand why everyone is hating on this movie? It's funny though, the people who are hating are the ones who don't even realize what this movie is even about. They only see the general theme, keep hating haha
