The title comes from a classic Telugu tongue-twister phrase, which roughly nobody could pronounce correctly in promos.
Lakshmi Manchu produced this partly to establish herself as a bankable star-producer, but the film's cult following came from Balakrishna's unexpected extended cameo stealing the show.
