Trivia, insights & behind the scenes
Takanori Jinnai (Sorcerer) was a massive get for tokusatsu—he'd hosted Kōhaku Uta Gassen, Japan's biggest TV event. The man brought prestige to evil cackling.
Magic Land's 'everyone has magic' premise directly inverts Wizard's main series trauma—Haruto's rarity as a survivor becomes his anonymity here. The film quietly asks if his heroism needs suffering to exist.
