The film is about fly casting with a single-handed rod. Here in the film, he demonstrates the spey cast, five different presentation casts, how to fish with a shooting head, and we go through examples of casting in different wind directions. We see how Lars adjusts his shooting heads and how you can make loops on a shooting head or fly line yourself. Lars Chr. Bentsen also demonstrates the most common casting mistakes.
