Trivia, insights & behind the scenes
Tex Ritter was a singing cowboy who performed with his horse White Flash; the horse got billing almost as big as his co-stars.
This was part of a 1930s wave of 'youth adventure' B-westerns where Boy Scouts solved crimes that adults couldn't—pure Depression-era escapism.
