Trivia, insights & behind the scenes
Baltimore Club (130 BPM, 'Think' break, call-and-response) emerged from Frank Ski in the 90s and became Black working-class Baltimore's sonic signature——this film is the first theatrical love letter to that legacy.
TT the Artist crowdfunded this after major festivals rejected it——proving the same DIY ethos her subjects live. It later became an official SXSW selection. The system sleeps on Baltimore. Again.
