The '70s porno where even the plot needs a cigarette after.
A female reporter interviews John Holmes at his mansion as he looks back on his hottest sexual encounters. Among his legendary exploits are a $1,000 trip to Miami as a gigolo to service a rich woman while her husband watches and takes photos, banging two curious neighbors while visiting a friend in Boston, humping the 19 year old wife of a film producer, and low-key lovemaking with a surprised massage therapist. The reporter, however, resists his advances until their interview is finished.

Trivia, insights & behind the scenes
This was peak 'porno chic' era—adult films briefly played regular theaters and aspired to narratives. Holmes was the industry's first household name, for better and worse.
Director Alan Colberg was married to co-director Laurie Colberg; their 'couples' credit likely helped secure locations and talent during the industry's transition from 35mm to video.
