This is why I took up the harp when I was a teenager, The song is "St. Louis Blues". Glenn Miller did a cover of it, St Louis Blues March.

This is also one of the best versions of St Louis Blues. Check out the other ones by bands, or those with a Trumpet lead, or a guitar lead, or even other harp players. None are as good as this one. The bass notes set this one apart from the others. It really is the best version to me.
