Jason Foster was born in Maryland, just outside Washington, DC. His first tornado experience was in October 1990 when a F2 tornado hit his community and childhood home in Kensington, MD. His first tornado chase season was in 1997. Jason’s first hurricane intercept was Hurricane Isabel in 2003. He has flown with and filmed with the USAF Hurricane Hunters during Hurricane Bill in 2009. In 2004, Jason, along with companion storm chasers self-produced two documentaries about the 2004 hurricanes; first one being Hurricane Charley documentary.
