Moazzam Ishaq better known as Ch Moazzam Ishaq is a Pakistani artist, filmmaker and actor. He was born in a village called Barwala in the Jhelum district of Pakistan. He moved to Jhelum city in 2013 and went to Army Public College, he studies about Technology, video art and film theory. He is also known as "CMI"
