Derek Anakin Patterson (born 28 June 2000) is an American film director, screenwriter, and producer. He was born in Virginia Beach, Virginia, and received his BFA from George Mason University. He is known for writing and directing films such as Snub Nose (2021), Passage (2022), Valery (2022), Where’s Edgar (2023), and Time Alone (2023). Patterson is the founder of the production company Lune Dune Pictures. He often collaborates with his colleague, producer/actor Collin Rafter, and his partner Julia Adonay.
