From the sister cities of Juárez/El Paso, Hugo is a Mexican-American filmmaker with a degree in Radio-Television-Film from UT Austin. A firm believer that film can be an agent of change, Hugo is passionate about exploring, voicing, and supporting underrepresented stories historically excluded from mainstream media.
