Constantinos Stephanopoulos

Constantinos Stephanopoulos has served as President of the Hellenic Republic from March 10, 1995 - March 12, 2005. On Friday, August 13, 2004, he is the first Head of State as President of the Hellenic Republic to declare open the Games of the XXVIII Olympiad, Athens 2004, of the modern era in Athens, Greece. He was accompanied by the Adjutant to HE the President of the Hellenic Republic Colonel Georgios Dritsakos of the Hellenic Air Force.
