Due to past trauma, Ichiro avoids deep involvement with others, believing that "a future where I live with someone will never come," and continues to protect his own peaceful daily life. Keiichi, on the other hand, acknowledges that he does not feel romantic feelings for people and lives a life detached from romance.
This drama depicts the struggles of these two awkward individuals as they try to find their own happiness and explore what "normal" truly means.
