I first saw this as a kid during a special week-long Anime block they ran Sci-Fi Channel in the early '90s and it completely blew my mind. It was the first Anime that really resonated with me.

I just like how they made the main antagonist zeiram as a silent deadly outlaw villain whom instead of wasting his time laughing or bragging speechs about his plans he'd kill you right off the bat. I really miss this kind of villains in modern shows.
