The Special tells the story about Tamara who's worried cause her Mother Lilly has Cancer. So Bali has to help her face the difficult realities of Adult Life.

The show follows the adventures of Bali, a modern preschool puppy, his mom and dad, and Kikou, his stuffed animal in a city apartment.
