LatestConor in Boston preparing for his fight against Dennis Siver knowing a win sets up a world title shot against Jose Aldo. Joining Conor on the fight-card are his SBG team mates Paddy Holohan and Cathal Pendred. As the Irish barmy army arrive stateside it’s clear Conor has very little respect for his opponent. Conor predicts a finish within 2 minutes but anything can happen inside the octagon.
Two years ago Conor McGregor was an apprentice plumber grinding out a living on the building sites of Dublin city; now the path is set for him to get a shot at the UFC world title.
