Aldo Kane was a Royal Marines sniper before becoming a professional danger enthusiast. The volcano was probably less stressful than his actual job.
This was filmed at Mount Nyiragongo in DRC, which erupted catastrophically in 2021 — making this footage even more precious and terrifying in retrospect.
