However, this led to lingering tensions with the Hiroshima-based gangster group Genseikai. Under the orders of Kyokai Kaichō Kudo (Hakuryu), Himuro and Tamura (Yoshiyuki Yamaguchi) intervened in the succession dispute of Nagoya’s largest organization, the Shigemitsu-ikka.
