In a ruined village, Chamsae endures a precarious life while caring for his ailing mother, Geumja. When his cherished MP3 player breaks, his estranged sister Heeyeon returns with her friend Eunyeong. Despite her failing health, Geumja goes out to dance every day. After her final dance, Geumja passes away, and Chamsae finally leaves the village behind.
