I love the movie genre between sci-fi and thriller/horror. Classic masterpieces like the whole "Alien" saga aside, there are some less known movies of the sort, that remained absolutely underrated, like "Event Horizon" (one of my all-time favourites). Another example: "Last Days On Mars" - loved it! Few years ago I saw "Upgrade" - another 100% awesome film, even though a sci-fi/action rather than "horror". This one's great, too, partly I'm guessing because it has a good script and mantains suspence well and partly because of the main actor's performance. I never got bored watching them.
