The greedy commissioner eagerly presides over the annual cake competition. A Hells Angels party arrives and demands the prize, a golden cake pin, without even entering a cake. An attempt to arrest them gets Toby and Migrain tied-up. Mega Mindy comes to their rescue, but has to retreat when grandpa's Bliep transporter breaks down. Its unique fuel is exhausted, so transforming again is out of the question.

Mega Mindy began as a Flemish TV phenomenon in 2006, making this film the culmination of years of children's programming that somehow got theatrical releases. Belgium does not play about its regional heroes.
Free Souffriau plays four distinct characters in this film, including both hero and villain, essentially carrying an entire cinematic universe in a pink cape.
