When Drago’s source of power – known as the Heartfire – is stolen, more than the throne is at stake; the siblings must end their rivalry with swords and sorcery or the kingdom may fall.

Trivia, insights & behind the scenes
This is the second direct-to-video Dragonheart sequel, following 2015's Dragonheart 3, making it officially a franchise nobody asked for but Patrick Stewart said yes to anyway.
The film's Norwegian director Patrik Syversen mostly worked in horror before this, which explains the surprisingly grim opening with King Gareth's death.

I've found parts of all of them entertaining. The first one is still the best. But please, if you're going to keep making these, keep the soundtrack. That has been the one great thing in all of them.
