Trivia, insights & behind the scenes
Released December 2018 as the official farewell to the entire Heisei era, with Reiwa beginning mere months later. The film literally had to say goodbye to itself.
Takeru Satoh (Den-O's Ryotaro) declined to appear, making Den-O's presence solely through voice and suit—yet the film still works around this limitation cleverly.
