DTC stands for Dan-Tettsu-Chiharu, but fans joke it really means 'Dumb Tiny Chaos.' The trio originated as side characters in HiGH&LOW THE WORST before getting this standalone spinoff.
This film is essentially LDH's love letter to 'iyashikei' (healing) anime tropes — applied to characters who previously beat people with motorcycles. The genre whiplash is intentional and brilliant.
