He admits the charges saying that it just happened, but with Kuryu's investigation, the truth is more than what is seen on the surface. However, he has to go against Katsumata's lawyer's influence on the victim to proceed with a private settlement. Asagi is dissatisfied with others' attitudes towards her and fights back.
