LatestJune is calling the shots now, as the team gets information about Cosmo's next move.
In the heart of London, an anonymous phone call draws two brilliant detectives—a young woman in the early stages of her career and a well-connected man determined to protect his legacy—into a fight to correct an old miscarriage of justice.
Acting
Capaldi and Jumbo's stare-offs deserve their own Emmy category.
Writing
Dialogue so sharp you'll need stitches. British cruelty elevated.
Direction
London as suffocating character—gray, expensive, unforgiving.
Trivia, insights & behind the scenes
Created in direct response to real UK miscarriage of justice cases, particularly the Daniel Morgan murder inquiry and its decades-long cover-up.
The show deliberately mirrors Hegarty's manipulation in its structure—letting Capaldi's charisma seduce viewers into excusing him before the full horror lands.

Reactions from the web
Films like attack the block, Harry brown, series like this, Prime Suspect, Neverwhere, all wildly different stories, but they have this urban London feel that I love. I am in the UK so no stranger to the place but, I have always loved London, its forlorn loneliness of its streets and estates, many memories I have there of wondering them at night, I should go back there, been a while. As for Capaldi, like Christopher Walken, he is a man who could intimidate you into jelly just by reading his shopping list to you with intent. Should be an interesting show to catch up on.

Okay, that line “do you know the difference between order and chaos” got me thinking deeply

My partner and I have watched 2 episodes at the edge of our seat. Really didn’t expect it to be so captivating, but it is. Can’t wait for more episodes to come.
