The first episode, takes place one year after the Great Hanshin earthquake. After his successful work as the head of the "Kobe Reconstruction Project Room," Ryuhei Oyamada returns to the headquarters. There, he unexpectedly receives the appointment as the acting manager of the headquarters' Ceremonial Services Department.
