Kiki brings Alice some dinner in her hospital room but she isn't hungry. Ned, Morgan and Michel show up and announce that the latest heart is not a viable option. Alice believes that they need to say their goodbyes. Selma Diamond then shows up and tells them that she has heard about what is going on and wants Alice to have her brother's heart. Nina shows up at the nurses' station and talks to Silas. Molly then shows up and chats to Silas about recent events. Molly has a flash back to the night of the crash and remembers Rafe saying that the crash wasn't an accident. Carly sees Sonny at the hospital and they talk about Alice and his problems with Michael and Morgan. Nina watches them as they talk. Sonny attempts to kiss Carly who insists that she loves Franco. Victor issues Robin with a threat. Victor thinks about Rafe's death and orders her to get back to work. Robin tells Jason that she has to keep telling himself that bringing him back to life will keep her family safe. Sam tells Patrick about what happened at the clinic.
